The 24 Solar Terms of 2065
The 24 solar terms divide the year by the SUN'S POSITION along the ecliptic, not by lunar months. Each term begins when the sun's longitude advances another 15 degrees, which is why their start dates land on nearly fixed solar dates, shifting only a day or two from year to year.
Read across the row: the term's name, the solar date it begins in 2065, the sun's longitude at that moment, and the astronomical or seasonal event it marks. The 12 rows marked "Tiết" are the month-pillar boundaries used in Four Pillars astrology; the other 12, the "Khí", fall mid-month. Rows run in true chronological order within the year, so Tiểu Hàn and Đại Hàn in early January come before Lập Xuân.
This is traditional East Asian calendrical knowledge. The dates are astronomically computed and verifiable; the descriptions of each term's meaning are offered as cultural reference.

Ordered by the solar-term cycle itself rather than by calendar year, the sequence starts at Lập Xuân: Lập Xuân → Vũ Thủy → Kinh Trập → Xuân Phân → Thanh Minh → Cốc Vũ → Lập Hạ → Tiểu Mãn → Mang Chủng → Hạ Chí → Tiểu Thử → Đại Thử → Lập Thu → Xử Thử → Bạch Lộ → Thu Phân → Hàn Lộ → Sương Giáng → Lập Đông → Tiểu Tuyết → Đại Tuyết → Đông Chí → Tiểu Hàn → Đại Hàn. See the day-by-day lunisolar calendar.
Solar term start dates are computed from the sun's apparent longitude in Vietnam time (GMT+7). Printed almanacs may differ by a day when a term begins near midnight or when they use a different time zone.
