1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nhật Nguyệt (the "service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you create an account, most of Nhật Nguyệt's tools work without logging in.
2. Description of service
Nhật Nguyệt provides free lookup tools (lunar calendar, auspicious hours, numerology, Tử Vi astrology, Western astrology, zodiac compatibility, Tarot, face and palm reading, etc.) and a knowledge base of articles on Eastern, Western, and Vietnamese spiritual customs and culture.
Most tools work without logging in. Logging in (via Google or Apple) unlocks personalization features (saved profile, reminders, article suggestions), and is required for the Nhật Nguyệt AI assistant, palm reading and face reading.
Palm reading and face reading have a limit on how many readings you can view: a free account gets 5 readings a month, shared across both tools; the Đoàn Viên plan gets 20 readings a month for each tool; the Advanced plan has no limit within fair use, up to 100 readings a month for each tool. One reading is counted each time you receive a result; attempts that fail, and photo reads that only pre-fill the form, are not counted. The count resets on the first day of each calendar month, Vietnam time, and unused readings do not carry over. The number you have left is shown on the tool page. Nhật Nguyệt may change these limits and will update them here.
Reading prayer texts is free and does not require signing in. A free account can save 2 prayer texts; the Đoàn Viên and Advanced plans can save any number. When the plan ends, the texts you saved are kept; you just cannot save more until the number you have saved is below the free account limit. 3. Nature of content, for reference only
All content on Nhật Nguyệt (astrology, numerology, feng shui, Tarot, physiognomy, etc.) is based on folk beliefs and cultural traditions, presented FOR LOOKUP AND REFERENCE, not as proven scientific conclusions.
Nhật Nguyệt is NOT responsible for decisions you make based on the service's content. For important health, legal, financial, or relationship matters, please consult a qualified professional rather than relying solely on results from this site.
Some articles are drafted with AI assistance from reputable press/reference sources and are always reviewed by a human editor before publishing (never auto-published).
4. User accounts
If you choose to log in, you authenticate via Google or Apple, Nhật Nguyệt never stores your password. You are responsible for the security of your Google/Apple account.
Information you provide yourself (birth date, birth hour, gender) is voluntary, used for personalization, and can be edited or deleted at any time in your Account page.
You agree not to use your account to impersonate others or provide seriously misleading false information.
The Đoàn Viên plan is a subscription that renews automatically for the period you choose (monthly or yearly), bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown on the purchase screen. The yearly plan includes a 7-day trial for first-time subscribers; when the trial ends, the store charges the first period unless you have cancelled before then. You can cancel at any time in the store's subscription settings and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought the plan. When the plan ends, your groups and saved family profiles are kept and no one is removed from a group; you just cannot add more than an account without the plan allows.
The Advanced plan is a subscription that renews automatically monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown on the purchase screen, with no trial. It includes everything in the Đoàn Viên plan, plus the Nhật Nguyệt AI assistant, palm reading and face reading without limits within fair use, and groups, group members and family profiles without limits within fair use. Fair use means up to 300 assistant questions a day, 100 readings a month for each of the palm reading and face reading tools, 500 groups, 500 people per group and 500 family profiles; these limits keep the service stable for everyone and stop automated use, and are not meant to limit normal use. You can move from the Đoàn Viên plan to the Advanced plan, or back, in the store's subscription settings; the store charges or refunds the difference under its own policy. Cancellation, refunds and keeping your groups and profiles when the plan ends work as for the Đoàn Viên plan.
A personal reading is one way of reading a chart by the books, with an explanation written by a language model from the information you fill in. It shows tendencies as the books read them; it is not a guarantee of what will happen. Where it touches on physical constitution, it relays what the books say, not a diagnosis; a reading does not replace medical care or medical, legal or financial advice. The text can be wrong; your decisions are your own. Readings are sold in one-time packs: each credit is good for one reading in any of the three subjects, for you or for someone else, and credits do not expire. If a reading cannot be completed, the credit is returned. A credit that has been used for a completed reading is not refunded. If you entered the wrong birth date or time, you may redo the reading once, free of charge, within 7 days of its completion. Refunds for packs bought in the app follow the refund policy of the app store where you bought them. When you order a reading for someone else, you are responsible for having their consent, and you must not present the reading to them as a guarantee. A reading is prepared for the buyer; it may not be copied for resale.
Each account receives one free reading, once, if it has never had a reading or any credit. The free credit is used like a purchased one, cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and is not given again if the account is deleted and created again. Nhật Nguyệt may stop offering it; credits already given are kept.
The yearly Đoàn Viên plan includes 1 reading credit each year; the yearly Advanced plan includes 3 each year; the monthly Advanced plan includes 1 each month; the monthly Đoàn Viên plan includes none. Included credits are added once for each paid period, at purchase and at each renewal; trial periods include none. They are used like purchased credits, do not expire, cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and are kept when the plan ends or is cancelled. Nhật Nguyệt may change or stop including them; credits already given are kept.
Each completed reading comes with 3 follow-up questions about that reading. You may exchange one unused reading credit for 10 more questions on one reading, up to three times per reading; an exchanged credit is not returned. Answers are written by a language model from the text of the reading and can be wrong; they do not predict marriage, children, illness or lifespan, and do not replace medical, legal or financial advice.
When you enter someone else's details (a reading for someone else, a reading for two, a reading for your child), you confirm that you have the consent of that person, or of their parent or guardian.
5. Intellectual property
All source code, interface design, article text, and materials authored by Nhật Nguyệt belong to Nhật Nguyệt unless otherwise noted.
You may read and share links to articles for personal, non-commercial use. Redistributing entire content under another party's name without attribution is not permitted.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: (a) interfere with, disrupt, or overload Nhật Nguyệt's systems; (b) perform unauthorized bulk scraping; (c) use the service for purposes that violate Vietnamese law or infringe third-party rights; (d) post offensive, misleading, or culturally inappropriate content through feedback/comment channels (if any).
When you choose a photo as a group photo or as a reminder's photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that the people in it have agreed. Do not use photos that are unlawful, pornographic, violent or abusive, or that violate someone else's privacy or copyright. You are responsible for the photos you add. Nhật Nguyệt may remove a photo that breaks these terms or has been reported, without notice.
Group names, display names, reminders you share with a group or by link, tasks in a reminder's plan, notes, comments, the reactions you add, group photos, reminder photos, memory photos and their notes are content other people see. Only upload photos you have the right to share. People in the group can save memory photos to their own devices; think before uploading photos that show other people. Nhật Nguyệt does not accept content there that harasses, threatens, expresses hatred, is pornographic or violent, is a scam or spam, or violates someone else's privacy, and does not accept the use of groups to harass others. The system refuses to save certain offensive words. Anyone in a group, and anyone who receives a shared link, can report content or a person that breaks these rules; inside a group you can block a person so that you no longer see their reminders, comments and photos. Nhật Nguyệt reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove the content, remove the person from the group and lock the account, without notice. Contact: [email protected].
7. Advertising and third-party services
Nhật Nguyệt may display ads and use traffic-analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) to sustain free operation. These third parties have their own policies outside Nhật Nguyệt's control, see our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of being error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, Nhật Nguyệt is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to these terms
Nhật Nguyệt may update these terms from time to time. The most recent update date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new version.
