Introduction
Tuan Hung is a Vietnamese pop and ballad singer. He was born and raised in Hanoi, later establishing his career in Saigon. He is known for songs associated with his name such as Vu Dieu Than Tien, Tinh Yeu Lung Linh, Dem Dinh Menh, Tinh Yeu Dau Phai Tro Choi, Van Nho, Di Vang Cuoc Tinh, Cau Vong Khuyet.
Career
Beginnings
In 1995, while in 11th grade, Tuan Hung participated in a school arts festival with the song Hay Han Gan The Gioi. His voice was discovered by the music industry on that occasion.
While in his third year at Thang Long Private University (Faculty of Business Administration), Tuan Hung decided to pursue a singing career with the group Qua Dua Hau. The three young men Bang Kieu, Anh Tu, and Tuan Hung became familiar to Hanoi audiences.
Career in Saigon
In February 2000, Tuan Hung moved to Saigon to establish his career. His first notable performance was at the CLB Ban Yeu Nhac program at Ben Thanh Theater on his birthday.
Milestones
Tuan Hung became a prominent name in the Vietnamese music market and appeared in the Lan Song Xanh top list for many years. He has released 7 solo CDs in various styles, including pop, ballad, rock, and dance.
In 2024, Tuan Hung released the MV Qua Tao Vang, which received mixed feedback. He temporarily hid the MV and affirmed he would continue singing. That same year, he joined the game show Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai.
