How this text differs from the original: the pagoda wording read before the altar at home after the lowering of the coffin addresses the Buddhas, reports that the work is done, offers food to the devas and spirits, and makes universal offering for the hương linh of ancestors; the other version gives thanks to the spirits of the cemetery and to the hương linh right at the grave.
