How it differs from the common version

Same form as the khai xuân (spring opening) and opening-of-business text khai-xuan.01 ("Con thành tâm sửa biện hương hoa lễ vật", "Bốn mùa không hạn ách tai ương, tám tiết có điềm lành tiếp ứng", ending "Dãi tấm lòng thành... Cẩn cáo"), but uses "con" instead of "tín chủ", has a field for year of birth ("Sinh niên"), states the matter as "xây cất (hoặc thuê được) 1 ngôi văn phòng" at the new address; combines the deities being bowed to into one sentence "Con kính lạy" and does not record the first lunar month.

The common version: Prayer text for khai xuân, prayer text for the first shop opening of the year
