Petition for success in examinations offered to the Buddhas and sages, Văn Thù Sư Lợi Bodhisattva, Quán Thế Âm Bodhisattva and the sages, recording the address of the ceremony, the examination, the name of the offerer and the candidate's name, asking them to bless the candidate to pass the examination and have his name posted on the golden list.
