How it differs from the common version
This text differs from the original: it is a short text read by the troupe of artists before the performance, not on the ancestor's death anniversary: it reverently addresses "Tổ nghiệp sân khấu" (the stage craft ancestor) and the deities of the performance place, states the troupe's name, and prays for a smooth performance; it does not have the frame "Con lạy chín phương Trời".
The common version: Prayer text to the Thánh sư (craft ancestor)
