Sacrificial oration to Văn Thánh of Hiền Lương village in the rite, offered to the Great Achieved Sage and Master Confucius together with Yanzi, Zengzi, Zisi, Mencius and the former worthies, scholars and spirits of the village; it is read during the whole ceremony to report the offerings and ask the deities for support.

It opens with "Cảm chiêu cáo vu", calls him "Đại thành Chí thánh Tiên sư Khổng Phu Tử"; it invites the village's tiên hiền and tiên nho to share in the offering; the body of the text is ten four-character sentences, mentioning "Tần thất vân ấm, Hán thế nhật thăng".
