采用的约定

The fourth zodiac animal in Vietnam is the CAT, unlike China and most of East Asia which assign the Rabbit to the branch Mao. This dataset keeps the Vietnamese naming. The hour windows are in Vietnam time, and the hour of Ty straddles midnight, running from 23:00 of the previous day to 01:00.
