Tăng San Bốc Dịch mentions Chu Tuoc around two groups of matters: quarrels and litigation over right and wrong (Chu Tuoc governs quarrels; when Quan Quỷ and Chu Tuoc move together, quarrels are hard to avoid) and documents and news (when Chu Tuoc sits on a moving Phụ Mẫu, there is news). The book also says that when Chu Tuoc moves without overcoming the Thế line, there is nothing to worry about.
